Maintenance and support service program

The MSP is designed to keep the IRmadillo at peak performance, high availability and ensure rapid recovery in the unlikely event of a fault. It also ensures that any Keit software enhancements are available to you as soon as possible.

The MSP is an add-on annual support service purchased with maximum impact if ordered at the same time as the instrument. We know the IRmadillo is a critical part of your plant's infrastructure and you'll expect high availability. The IRmadillo has been designed with robustness and reliability in mind. However MSP is here just in case an issue does occur.

Calibration Service Program

Let us look after the calibration so you can focus on the rest.

The CSP is an annual add-on support service purchased with maximum impact if ordered at the same time as the instrument.

The IRmadillo is designed to be very robust and stable and in many cases the calibration will remain appropriate as long as the process doesn't vary outside the calibration space. CSP is designed to capture these variations in your process and keep calibrations relevant and minimise downtime.
